Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This removes your GetHaully account and item history from our systems.

Your Google Drive photos and inventory sheets are not affected — GetHaully never stores them in the first place. Those files live entirely in your own Google account.

Where are my photos stored?

GetHaully never stores your photos. They're uploaded directly to your own Google Drive using your own Google account, and only pass through our systems briefly (up to one hour) to identify the item.

See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do subscriptions and item limits work?

Each plan includes a set number of items you can process per month. You can check your current usage and upgrade anytime from Settings in the app.

If you're between plans and need a few extra items, item packs are available as a one-time purchase right inside the app.

The identification doesn't look right — what should I do?

You can review and edit any detail before it's finalized. For the most accurate results, try taking more photos (front, back, tags, any markings) and use the "Know what this is?" field to add context before submitting.

More photos and more detail always improves accuracy. Less detail means a more general result.

I found a bug or something isn't working right.

Email us at info@synprism.io with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. Include your account email so we can look into it quickly.

Does GetHaully work with marketplaces other than Whatnot?

GetHaully writes your inventory to a Google Sheet — you can use that data however you like, including for other marketplaces. The app is optimized for the Whatnot import format, but the underlying spreadsheet data is yours to work with.
